Born and raised in England, Eva has had a connection with the beautiful Bahamas since the age of two, and moved to its crown jewel, Nassau, full time in 1993. Her early years in The Bahamas saw her grow into a powerhouse in the marketing arena, become an award winning designer in the competitive and demanding world of graphic design, and then move on to specialize in branding developments in New Providence and the out-islands. Eva’s sales and marketing expertise has left an indelible mark in Old Fort Bay, Palm Cay, Balmoral and One Cable Beach communities. She launched into Real Estate sales and qualified as a Bahamas Real Estate Association agent (BREA) in 2010 so she could focus on finding the right property for her clients, or assist them in selling, always aiming to exceed their expectations. She loves to share her knowledge and experience of living on the western end of Nassau and offers an attentive, personal approach to finding the right property for her clients.
